£38,000 - £44,000 depending on qualifications and experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and successful operation of a professional and commercially viable AM2 NET Electrical Assessment Centre. Accountable for delivering AM2, AM2s and AM2e endpoint assessments as well as re-sits.

As the AM2 Assessor, you will be the Centre Lead, ensuring that performance targets are consistently met in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include liaising with centre staff to plan and schedule candidate bookings, delivering endpoint assessments, marking, and participating in internal quality assurance processes.

Main duties

·      Deliver high-quality endpoint assessments in accordance with NET guidelines

·      Install and maintain assessment bays, ordering any resources where needed

·      Mark and record assessments in line with NET requirements

·      Liaise with centre staff to plan and schedule assessment bookings, ensuring that the centre meets targets

·      Develop effective working relationships with colleagues in the centre, becoming a key part of our small team

Experience and Qualifications 

·      JIB Gold Card

·      Assessor award/Certificate (or to be completed within 12 months)

·      Registration acceptance to NET as an independent end-point assessor

·      Significant industry experience

·      Ability to work independently

·      AM2 Assessor Qualification (desirable but not essential, training will be provided for a suitable candidate)
